GROUP SKI LESSONS FOR KIDS AND TEENS DURING MARCH BREAK.

The “Ski Development March Break Camp” is designed for children and teens aged 6 to 17 who want to learn alpine skiing. Each day, participants take part in a 90-minute lesson tailored to their level, in a safe and motivating environment.

This camp is a great opportunity to discover skiing right before the end of the season, in a fun and well-supervised setting. A perfect way to enjoy March Break while getting ready for next season!

Groups are formed by the Snow School based on each participant’s age and level. If your child has never taken lessons at Mont Rigaud before, you can provide relevant information in the “Comments” section during registration.

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Duration: 5 consecutive days
• Dates: March 2 to 6, 2026
• Available times: 8:45 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.
• Lesson duration: 90 minutes
• Skill levels taught: Exploration 1 (1) and Exploration 2 (2) only
• Access included: lift access is included during lessons

REQUIREMENTS

• Ages: 6 to 17
• No prior ski experience required
• Helmet strongly recommended

AVAILABLE EXTRAS

• 5-Day Pass (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.): exclusively available for registered participants, this pass grants access to all lifts (quadruple Doppelmayr, quadruple Poma Express, Emmegi carpet and Sunkid carpet), all alpine trails and alpine touring trails.
• Complete 5-day equipment rental: includes skis, boots, poles and helmet. Pick up on December 26 at least 60 minutes before the first lesson and return on December 30 after the last lesson.

Any change to the registration before the start of the program will incur a $25 administrative fee and is subject to remaining availability.

No changes allowed once the camp has begun. The time selected at registration applies for the entire camp duration.

Lift operations depend on conditions and traffic: at least one quad chair and one carpet are always in operation.

Refunds before the camp start date may be issued without justification. After the camp begins, pro-rated refunds will only be granted for major medical reasons or relocation, with required documentation. All program prices include a $25 non-refundable administrative fee.

No refunds, credits or make-up lessons for absences, regardless of the reason.

The Snow School reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel/postpone a class. If a class is cancelled due to weather, it will automatically be postponed to the end of the camp by adding an extra day. More than one class may be postponed.

WEATHER – It is the parent’s or participant’s responsibility to check if the mountain is open or if lessons are cancelled. No individual notifications will be sent. In case of closure or cancellation, a red banner will appear at the top of our homepage www.montrigaud.com, and a message will be posted on our Facebook page facebook.com/montrigaud.
