ADVANCED SNOWBOARD GROUP LESSONS FOR INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED SNOWBOARDERS, AGES 10 AND UP.

The Performance program is designed for snowboarders aged 10 and up who want to continue improving and refine their technique beyond the regular lesson programs. More intensive in nature, each 3-hour session focuses on advanced skill development, helping participants strengthen their technical abilities and learn to adapt their riding to a wide variety of terrain and snow conditions. Guided by experienced instructors, riders build greater fluidity, control, confidence, and versatility across the entire mountain. The program also provides an excellent stepping stone to specialized programs such as Freestyle (Snowpark) or the Pre-Instructor program for those looking to continue challenging themselves.

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Duration: 8 consecutive weeks
• First lesson: January 9 or 10, 2027
• Available times: Saturday or Sunday, 9 a.m., 1 p.m.
• Lesson duration: 180 minutes (3h)
• Lift access: access to the ski lifts is included during all weekends of the program (Saturday and Sunday, all day), from the first to the last lesson (including postponements)

PREREQUISITES

• Minimum age: 10 years old (as of December 31)
• Minimum level: must have completed Quickride level 3 in the Rider Improvement program
• Helmet strongly recommended

AVAILABLE EXTRAS

• Unlimited Pass at 50% discount: those who wish to snowboard before the start of the program, during the week, or after the end of the program, are able to get an Unlimited Season Pass at 50% discount. Simply select the option (check box) before adding this program to your cart.
• Seasonal snowboard equipment rental: includes snowboard, boots and helmet. Equipment stays with you all season and can be used at any ski resort.

Any changes to the registration before the program begins are subject to a $25 administration fee and are based on availability.

No changes are allowed once the program has started: the chosen day and time apply for the entire program.

Refunds before the program begins may be granted without justification. After the program begins, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis only for major medical reasons or relocation (supporting documents required). All program prices include a non-refundable $25 administration fee.

No refund, credit or make-up class will be issued for absences, regardless of reason.

The ski school reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel and reschedule a class. If a class is cancelled due to weather, it will be automatically rescheduled at the end of the 8-week program by adding an extra Saturday or Sunday. More than one make-up day may occur in a season.

When a lesson is postponed, access to the ski lifts is extended, to include the weekend to which the course is postponed.

If a lesson is postponed but the ski lifts remain operational, the student still has access to the lifts for the entire weekend, in addition to the weekend to which the course is postponed.

WEATHER – It is the responsibility of the parent or participant to check whether the resort is open or lessons are cancelled. No individual notifications will be sent. In case of cancellation, a red banner will appear at the top of our homepage www.montrigaud.com and a message will be posted on our Facebook page facebook.com/montrigaud.
