The renter acknowledges that certain noises are inherent to the operations of a ski and mountain biking resort. Mont Rigaud cannot be held responsible for noises associated with resort activities, including but not limited to music, chairlift operations, as well as vehicles and other equipment necessary for the operation of the site. Mont Rigaud also cannot be held responsible for noises related to nighttime maintenance operations, including snowmaking machines and snow groomers, which may generate disruptive noise.
