Please make sure to complete your profile with accurate size and weight information for each person. Equipment sizes will be determined during the pickup appointment.

RENTAL PERIOD
From November 1, 2025 (by appointment), until April 5, 2026 at the latest.

EQUIPMENT PICKUP
The date and time selected at the time of purchase is your appointment for picking up the equipment. Choose your appointment carefully and make sure to note it in your calendar, as no reminders will be sent. No equipment will be handed out outside of the scheduled appointments. One appointment per person/equipment.

EQUIPMENT RETURN
All rented items must be returned, without appointment, no later than April 5, 2026.

A refund may be granted if the customer has never taken possession of the equipment, without justification. No refund will be granted once the customer has taken possession of the equipment, regardless of the reason. All seasonal equipment rentals include a non-refundable $25 administrative fee.

A penalty of $10.00 per day/per equipment will be charged starting April 6, 2026, and will be automatically charged to the credit card provided in the rental file.
