The chairlift for bikes operates only from 10am to 6pm, every weekend of the season, as well as Fridays from June 26 to August 21.

The Downhill Pass grants access to the trails at all times and to the chairlift when it is in operation.

Electric bikes cannot be hung on the lift with their batteries. The battery must be removed and put in a backpack during the ascent. Electric bikes whose battery cannot be removed are not allowed on the chairlift.

Refund policy:

• A refund for an unused 2026 pass may be granted if the request is made before May 2, 2026.
• After May 2, 2026: A prorated refund may be requested only for major medical reasons or relocation. Proof required.
• All passes include a non-refundable $25 administration fee.
• A pass is non-transferable (except for Commercial Passes). Reselling a pass is strictly prohibited.
